Fairmont 來自美國紐澤西，樂團的核心人物——主唱兼吉他手 Neil Sabatino 在成立 Fairmont 之前曾經和現在 My Chemical Romance 的吉他手 Frank Iero 共組樂團 Pencey Prep，並且和許多當時尚未成名的樂團同台演出過，包括 Thursday、The Strokes 跟 New Found Glory 等等。後來因為團員不合，加上與唱片公司僵持不下，因此樂團便決定解散。Fairmont 成立不久後，在 2001 年八月和 Reinforcement Records 簽約，至今已經發行五張專輯和一張 EP，中間歷經多次團員增減，現在在美國也已累積一票死忠歌迷。


偶然間聽到這首歌，很喜歡歌詞裡的「擇其所愛，愛其所擇」。不過，會這樣告訴子女的爸媽，實在很少……。什麼都要考量現實層面，尤其是現在經濟這麼不景氣的時代，對嗎？

一想到回家過年，心情實在很無奈啊。已經奮戰了半年，依舊搏不到多少支持。沒辦法，就是自己選擇要長期抗戰的嘛！加油呀劉娜塔～！
