自昨晚起，心情就非常不好。原本早上十點就該出門去參加追思會，但我實在很怕一出門自己就崩潰。

然後早上自己唱著歌，一首又一首，唱著唱著就哭出來了。現在應該有好些了吧？大概。

原本已經乾了的雙眼，在聽到〈You Are Not Alone〉之後又哭了出來，感覺此刻似乎真的只有 Michael 在我身旁似的。

而我，就真的能不孤單嗎？也許到了天堂我才會真的覺得不孤單。但我不覺得自己上得了天堂，所以就算死後我可能也不會有機會見到 Michael。




好吧，出門去，和大家一起追思你。

這是 Michael Jackson 在 1993 年獲頒葛萊美傳奇獎時候的片段。我非常喜歡他這段的感言演說，非常真誠。說真的，能夠說出這樣的話的人，又怎會是媒體上報導的那樣子？公理自在人心。

因此，我把這段演說從 DVD 上擷取下來並翻譯成中文字幕，希望可以讓更多人了解他。有些地方也許不是翻譯得很恰當，但我盡量將我所認知 Michael 想表達的涵義解釋出來。因此下面附上原文，若翻譯品質不佳，請諸位不要見怪。


Janet: Before he won 12 Grammy awards, before he dazzled billions of fans around the world with his amazing talent as a performer, before he impacted on millions of lives with his ongoing humanitarian efforts, before all of that, he was one otehr thing. He was my brother.

The Grammy Lenged Award is given for ongoing contributions and influence in the recording field, but nowhere does it tell you what to do to become a lengend. If I were to write a book of instructions using my brother as a guide, it would read something like this.

"How to Become a Legend"

Let's start with the present and work our way backwards. Take a big chance with a live 90-minute prime-time interview with Oprah Winfrey. "Join me for the worldwide television event of the year."

Put on a spectacular Super Bowl halftime show before the largest audience in TV history. "Heal the world, make it a better place.." It helps to have brothers who are very musical. "Wonderful day~ ya!" And it doesn't hurt to have a little sister who loves you very much.

But first and foremost, if you're going to be a true legend, try to be born with a lot of talent, and the willingness to take the plunge. So, to sum it up... "Heal the world, make it a better place, make a better place for you and for me. Save it for our children."

Now I'm very happy to present the Grammy Legend Award for 1993 to my big brother, Michael Jackson.

Congratulations, Michael Jackson. No, but I just wanted to say one thing seriously. I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you, and how much you've inspired me, and how proud I am to be your sister, and how much I love you, I do.

Michael: Well, I love you, too. Thank you, I hope this finally put to rest another rumour that has been in the press for too many years. Me and Janet really are two different people. In the past month, I've gone from "Where is he?" to "Here he is again." But I must confess, it feels good to be thought of as a person, not as a personality, because I don't read all the things written about me. I wasn't aware that the world thought I was so weird and bizarre, but when you grow up as I did in front of 100 million people since the age of five, you're automatically different.

That last few weeks, I have been cleansing myself and it's been a rebirth for myself. It's like a cleansing spirit. My childhood was completely taken away from me. There was no Christmas. There was no birthdays. It was not a normal childhood. No normal pleasures of childhood. Those were exchanged for hard work, struggle, and pain and eventual material and professional success. But as an awful price, I cannot re-create that part of my life nor would I change any part of my life. However, today when I create my music I feel like an instrument of nature. I wonder what delight nature must feel when we open our hearts and express our God-given talents. The sound of approval rose across the universe, and the whole world abounds in magic. Wonder fills our hearts, for we have glimpsed, for an instant the playfulness of life. And that's why I love children, and learn so much from being around them. I realise that many of our world's problems today from the inner-city crime to large-scale wars, and terrorism and our overcrowded prisons, are a result of the fact that children have had their childhood stolen from them. The magic, the wonder, the mystery and the innocence of a child's heart, are the seeds of creativity that will heal the world. I really believe that.

What we need to learn from children isn't childish. Being with them connects us to the deeper wisdom of life which is ever-present and only asks to be lived. They know the way to solutions that lie waiting to be recognised with our own hearts. Today I would like to thank all the children of the world, including the sick and deprived. I am so sensitive to your pain.

I also want to thank all those who have helped me to channel my talent here on Earth. From the beginning, my parents, all my brothers and sisters especially Janet. I am so proud of her. It's incredible. I mean, when we were little, I used to ask her to be Ginger Rogers while I was Fred Astaire. The Cover of Single "Will You Be There"

太平洋時間 2009 年 6 月 25 日，下午 2 點 26 分，台灣時間 6 月 26 日清晨 5 點 26 分，Michael Jackson 的心臟停止了跳動。

至今他已逝世七天，我到現在還是天天在回顧他的一些東西，或多或少而已。其實越看心越痛，只不過我的眼淚越來越沒有辦法潰堤，因為我越是回味他的東西，就對這則新聞越感到虛假。就像當年聽到張雨生車禍過世一樣，過了大概快一年我才意識到寶哥真的已經走了。

個人覺得這首 Gospel 風格的歌很適合在今天拿來追思他，儘管在他眾多作品之中適合的歌曲真的太多。在一個禮拜前，消息傳出的那天早上，我就拿了《Dangerous》的 DVD 出來看，在看到 Michael 在 1993 年葛萊美獎上說的話，還有〈Gone Too Soon〉，然後是這首〈Will You Be There〉，當時我的淚腺實在控制不住，一想到 Michael 這幾年過得是這麼痛苦，而他對這個世界與生命曾經那樣關懷，就這樣哭了。雖然，我很快地就將眼淚止住。也許是自己習慣性的壓抑，就算是從小到大最崇拜的偶像離世，我還是沒有辦法容許自己放聲大哭，天知道我有多想，但就是辦不到。

捨不得才華洋溢的他就這樣走了，但又對他的痛苦感到不捨。或許，這樣傳奇性的離去，對他這一生而言，對他眾多的粉絲而言，才是最好的句點？

原諒我無法飛到美國去參加你的追悼式，親愛的 Michael。但是有生之年，我一定會帶束鮮花去看你，我連之前去和 Jimi Hendrix 打招呼時都沒有花呢（雖然這樣真的很糟）。然後，我會一直對那些不真正認識你的人宣揚你的良善，讚美你的天賦，讓你的藝術能夠持續地活下去，彷彿延續著你熱愛音樂的生命。我不知道自己還能夠為你做什麼，我想目前我所擁有的，所能付出的，就只有將你的語言翻譯給那些不明白你的人知道，讓他們可以更加了解你，更靠近你所想要告訴我們的那些道理與秘密。

今年六月份電影清單片量結算：共 9 部。
該月最推：【駭人怪物】、【原罪犯】

這個月的電影看好少啊啊啊啊啊啊～～～～～～～！！！！！！！（掩面）居然連十部都不到，實在太丟臉了 Orz。

說真的，其實就算看得少也要重質不重量，偏偏這個月我也看了幾部芭樂片，真的有點糟。出乎意料地，這個月最讓我印象深刻的電影居然都是韓國片，而且風格獨樹一格，相當令人激賞！現在韓國導演除了金基德之外，又多了兩位讓我想要多多注目的了。此外，經典電影【末路狂花】和【歌聲淚痕】也是值得推薦的電影，只不過相較於上述兩者那過於強烈的風格與震撼，這兩片當然還是稍嫌不足。現在看來，雖然這個月進帳只有個位數，但是想讓我寫感想文的比例還不算少呢。

（是說這些感想文我到底要欠到什麼時候呢……囧？）

我和條子的700天戰爭 ぼくたちと駐在さんの700日戦争 (700 Days of Battle: Us vs. the Police) (2008) ★★★★ Japan
◎短評：熱血又純真的青春年少，也許小時候的我們都是那樣，喜歡和權力挑戰，
　　　　卻又不至於玩得太過分，反而演化出一段真摯的情誼，一切都盡在不言中，
　　　　可是每個人都能感受到那溫暖的體貼。
　　　　看的過程我不斷哈哈大笑，方才的壞心情都一掃而空了，
　　　　在這樣的時刻看這樣輕鬆趣味的電影比走惡搞路線的喜劇還有用。
　　　　雖然片中只大戰了一百多天，但我想接下來的日子想必都是在哭笑不得的歡樂氣氛下渡過的吧！
　　　　回首自己的青春，還真沒有這樣的時光，真是好生羨慕。


歌聲淚痕 The Rose (1979) ★★★★ U.S.
◎短評：因為邊看邊翻字幕的關係，所以觀影片段是很瑣碎的。不過，還是可以感受到主角內心的無奈。
　　　　一個只會唱歌的女人，想離開舞台卻又做不到，就像【海上鋼琴師】裡的 1900 一樣，
　　　　只是 1900 最後看開了，而 Rose 卻執迷不悟。
　　　　然而，Rose 雖然熱愛歌唱，可是她到底是為己而唱，還是為了讓人刮目相看而唱？
　　　　這點，我自己也心有戚戚焉。不過，Bette Midler 的舞台魅力真的非常驚人，
　　　　正如 Janis Joplin 那聲嘶力竭唱出生命的吶喊一般，撼動每個聽她歌唱的人。
　　　　（07/01補充：近日 Michael Jackson 逝世的新聞，
　　　　又讓我想到片中 Rose 不斷哭訴的「Where does everyone go?」
　　　　巨星內心的痛苦，真的讓人好難過。）


第十四道門 Coraline (2008) ★★★★ U.S.
◎短評：黑暗童話的動畫版，不過成人也能樂於其中。
　　　　最可怕的事情之一即是誘惑，若看不清幕後的真相，往往總是掉入懊悔的深淵。
　　　　幸好主角在看清真相後選則抗爭到底，真的是小朋友們的好榜樣啊！XD


購物狂的異想世界 Confessions of a Shopaholic (2009) ★★☆ U.S.
◎短評：雖然小說很暢銷，但是看完電影還是只能說這類電影不是我的菜啊。Isla Fisher雖然是正妹，
　　　　但是搞笑功力還是不足，而浪漫程度也不到讓人感動的程度，說穿了就是有點虛。
　　　　至於時尚方面，我的 sense 不足，因此對於女人為何如此執著於名牌，還是無法理解。


人類之子 Children of Men (2006) ★★★ U.K.
◎短評：為何人類無法再孕育後代？片中沒有給我們真正的答案，因此我們要自己去思索。
　　　　失去未來的希望，人類又到底為何而戰？生存嗎？
　　　　但是到了最後不都一樣得走入墳墓，為何自相殘殺？這也是需要觀眾思考的絕望。
　　　　一群人為了新生的希望，不惜付出生命，只為保護奇蹟到達最後的堡壘，
　　　　和自私自利與不知為何而戰的人們，形成強烈的對比。
　　　　個人認為本片最大的缺點，是這十八年後的世界看起來一點都不未來。
　　　　最基本的，十八年後的電腦硬體怎麼跟現代一樣？車子看起來也比現代還更不科技。
　　　　不過，這些對本片的議題來說都不是重點，只是這樣未免過於可惜。


原罪犯 Old Boy (2003) ★★★★☆ Korea
◎短評：久聞此片大名，果然是部極具震撼力的電影，看的過程有好幾次我都受不了遮住雙眼一邊尖叫，
　　　　卻又留個小縫想看看到底發生什麼事，搞得一部描寫人性復仇的好片好像是恐怖片一樣。
　　　　劇情鋪陳會讓觀眾很好奇這一切到底是怎麼回事，
　　　　而在真相大白那瞬間又心痛地對主角跟反派都感到不捨。
　　　　這是雙方都在復仇的電影，卻又沒有誰對誰錯。
　　　　看完電影許久，還是會對片中兩人復仇的怨恨跟心機而感到不顫而慄。
　　　　儘管很多人認為這在現實當中根本就不可能發生，但這樣超現實又帶有 Cult 意味的前衛呈現，
　　　　的確造就了此片獨特的地位。崔岷植的演技真的很棒，不過劉智泰的眼神也很教人發抖。
　　　　（不過就劇情來說，劉智泰看起來應該跟崔岷植一樣老才對啊？怎麼還像個貴公子一樣……
　　　　而且這復仇未免也遲來太久了。）可惜我看的版本剪片剪很大，應該要找機會看完整版才對。
　　　　（但這樣就得再感受一次那坐如針氈的痛苦了！）


駭人怪物 Gwoemul (The Host) (2003) ★★★★★ Korea
◎短評：導演奉俊昊果然是位鬼才導演，片中諸多的暗喻與劇情細節安排一旦好好仔細品味，
　　　　就會越來越喜歡這部電影。不管災難是什麼，人民都只想好好全家聚在一起吃飯，
　　　　也不想去管政府到底在打什麼主意，他們只知道為自己的生存而戰，為了守護自己所愛的人而戰。
　　　　最後怪物終於死去，主角雖然沒有因此變成英雄，但他也不在乎，
　　　　他只想和寶貝女兒拼命保護的男孩一起吃飯，電視上到底在報導些什麼，
　　　　他都不想去管了，最後一幕真的是非常玩味。
　　　　而本片大量的黑色喜劇加雜在一部怪獸片裡，使得本片風格更加獨特一格。
　　　　至於片中對於美韓間的階級觀念，相信韓國人一定看了更有感受吧！


末路狂花 Thelma & Louise (1991) ★★★☆ U.S.
◎短評：經典的女權電影，女人的公路電影。
　　　　當女人想從壓力中解放卻碰上意外，為了尊嚴因而過失殺人，有多少男人會因此覺得她們無罪？
　　　　同樣身為女人的酒吧女伺不斷對檢察官說「她們不像那種會殺人的人」，
　　　　而檢察官也是片中唯一明白這兩個女人背後無奈的人，只是在這龐大的司法體制下，
　　　　這兩個不斷被逼得一錯再錯的女人只好在大峽谷選擇 Keep Going，
　　　　不願因男人先有愧於她們而遭受逮捕。
　　　　以前的女人只不過是男人洩慾的工具，像個娃娃一樣不能擁有自我的意識，
　　　　而她們是如此天真，如 Thelma 一般老是因情慾而惹出麻煩；
　　　　原先我以為若我是Louise 肯定想將 Thelma 大卸八塊，但 Louise 選擇幫助她的好友，

　　　　選擇給變態司機一個教訓時說的：「你會這樣對待你的媽媽或姐妹嗎？」
　　　　儘管，變態司機死都不願為他的態度向兩個女人道歉。


無敵浩克 The Incredible Hulk (2008) ★★★ U.S.
◎短評：或許是美國人想拍出自己的風格，因此本片沒有多少李安版本的影子。
　　　　由於劇情單刀直入，觀看的人可能要一開始就對 Hulk 這角色（或說生物）如何形成
　　　　以及它所擁有的影響有一定程度的了解才行，否則很容易摸不著頭緒。
　　　　雖然在打鬥上個人認為不及李安版本的精彩，
　　　　但本片對 Bruce 內心的掙扎與 Hulk 人性的一面描寫得確實較為深刻（個人認為），
　　　　儘管也因此更能看出美國人「英雄主義」有多濃厚就是了。
　　　　BTW，一向讓我以演技激賞的 Edward Norton 會接演此片其實讓我有點訝異，
　　　　而我一直很喜歡的 Tim Roth 變成大反派更是讓我好難習慣啊！！

香港的青協數碼青年（HKYFG Youth @ Digital TV）製播的節目【三地搖滾青年】，採訪了北京、台北、香港三地的獨立樂團，北京的代表是「重塑雕像的權利」和「刺蝟」，香港的有「Audery Lily」、「22Cats」，台灣的則是「白目」跟「緋緋兔」。

抱歉，真的太多他們的愛歌了……XD！（其實從上面也看得出來我特別喜歡某張專輯吧 :P）YoutTube 上面超多他們的 Live，看／聽不過癮的話，就快去尋一下寶啊！不然更直接一點，要去朝聖之前除了新專輯要聽之外，其他就直接聽 2004 年發行的精選《Once More With Feeling - Singles 1996-2004》吧！

除了 Placebo 之外，另外還有其他重量級的 high-light bands。當我看到 The Radio Dept. 要來的時候，我還尖叫到飆淚了 XD。The Radio Dept. 比較適合純聆聽，YouTube 上面 Live 影片太多雜音，就不找 Live 片段了。

當然還有一個同樣受矚目的，就是 Trip-Pop 三巨頭之一的 Tricky。可能大部分的人都對 Trip-Hop 不熟，但是我相信很多喜歡 "FU" 的人聽了都會愛上這種音樂 XD。如果很常看一些近期熱門美國影集如【CSI: Crime Scene Investigation】、【The L Word】的人，可能對他的音樂不會太陌生。

不過，Tricky 去年專輯《Knowle West Boy》中的主打〈Council Estate〉風格跟以前大相逕庭，很多樂迷不是很能接受就是了。不過近期 Tricky 的音樂，Trip-Pop 感好像真的越來越少……。（真想吶喊一下 Portishead 跟 Massive Attack！）

還有另外一個大家應該多少都有聽過他們的聲音，只是名字可能不記得：Frente! 翻唱自 New Order 的〈Bizzare Triangle Love〉大概紅遍大街小巷，常看電視的應該都都聽過某些廣告用過這首歌。

註 1：這裡的「邁阿密風雲」指的是美國 NBC 電視台在 1984 年到 1989 年間播出的影集，共有五季，由 Don Johnson（唐強生）主演。後來在 2006 年被改編成同名電影，由 Colin Farrell（柯林法洛）和 Jamie Foxx（吉米福克斯）共同主演，鞏俐也有參與演出。

註 2：這句話原文其實是暗喻法，但我直接將涵義翻出來。Eminem（阿姆）取藝名時就是故意取「M&M 巧克力」的諧音，而歌詞原文字義上是「M&M 巧克力當時只是點心而已」，意思就是說當時阿姆還只是個平凡青少年。我會這麼認為的原因是，這句歌詞的下一句接的也是一個名人，因此這邊應該不會單純只是在講巧克力而已 XD。

註 4：Mr. T（Ｔ先生）是美國八零年代著名的動作黑人影星，曾演出 NBC 在 1983 年到 1986 年播映的影集【The A-Team 天龍特攻隊】、1982 年的【Rocky III 洛基三】等等，當時紅到一堆影集都以他本人為角色來演出。附帶一提，他在【洛基三】裡有句名言是「I pity the fool. 我同情的是傻子」，所以美國有些「fool」的梗都是出自於此。

註 5：Twisted Sister 扭曲姐妹，美國八零年代華麗重金屬搖滾樂團，在八零年代時以〈We're Not Gonna Take It〉跟〈I Wanna Rock〉兩首熱門單曲在MTV 頻道強力播放（兩首 MV 有異曲同工之妙，現在看實在笑死我了XD），歌曲多半是描寫親子之間的觀念差異和爭執，因此在當時深受青少年歡迎。

註 12：「poodles with guitars」意指當時留著又長又捲又蓬的吉他搖滾明星們，例子眾多，就不一一舉例了。趁機偷偷推薦一首愛歌〈We're Stars〉，是為了 Hear 'n Aid（八零年代眾多搖滾慈善募款活動之一）而錄製的歌曲，集結眾多重金屬樂團共同合作，影片裡面就能看到不少「背吉他的貴賓狗」啦 XD。

〈Back to the 80's〉圖解版

天哪，累死我了。我居然寫了四、五個小時！好不容易把裡頭的東西都解釋完，我頭都暈了，所以下面這裡廢話就不多說了。

總之，Aqua 應該是我這個年代的人童年中相當重要的音樂代表XD，只不過他們在 2000 年發行第二張專輯《Aquarius 水上樂園》後，於 2001 年突然宣布解散，在 2002 年發行《Cartoon Heroes: The Best of Aqua》新歌加精選輯後就一直無消無息，直到 2007 年主唱 Lene Nystrøm 宣佈重組並展開巡迴演出，可是卻沒有發表任何新作。這首〈Back to the 80's〉是他們九年來的第一首新作品，將收錄在今天推出的新歌加精選輯《Greatest Hits》當中，而這首單曲在 5 月 25 日就先以數位格式發行了，目前已經拿下自家地盤丹麥單曲榜的冠軍寶座。目前台灣環球音樂還沒聽說是何時發行，歌迷就請多留意環球的消息吧。

至於為何要回到八零年代呢？八零年代是許多愛樂人魂縈夢牽的年代，搖滾、舞曲各霸一方，許多影響到現代流行文化的人事物也是在那個時候出現，雖然歌詞中提到的東西可能對東方人來說比較陌生，不過我想對西方的六、七年級生來說，想必是回憶滿滿吧！
